While each vehicle has been issued a clean Florida title (unless otherwise noted), we are not the original owners and, therefore, have limited knowledge of its history beyond our own visual inspection and any basic operational observations we make. We believe in being transparent with our buyers, so every listing includes all of the information we have available, including any known mechanical issues, cosmetic imperfections, or other relevant details. We encourage all prospective buyers to inspect the vehicle in person and, if desired, have it evaluated by a mechanic prior to purchase. Full payment is required before the sale is finalized. Buyers must complete the title transfer into their name before the vehicle will be released.

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations, expressed or implied. We encourage every buyer to inspect the vehicle in person and have it evaluated by a mechanic before purchasing if desired.

Our inventory consists of vehicles legally acquired through Florida’s abandoned vehicle and lien sale process after owners failed to satisfy towing and storage charges.

Cape Coral Towing & Recovery is not a traditional car dealership and does not purchase vehicles for resale.

Unless otherwise noted, each vehicle is sold with a clean Florida title.

Because we were not the original owners, we have limited knowledge of each vehicle’s history beyond our own observations and inspection.

As a towing company, Cape Coral Towing & Recovery periodically acquires vehicles after the owner fails to pay their towing and storage fees. We then go through the legal process to obtain a clean title before selling. Because of this, we know very little about the history of the vehicle other than what we can determine through a physical inspection and test drive.
