Robin Ritchie joined Cape Coral Towing & Recovery in November 2023, bringing with her a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for service. Although she’s been with us for a relatively short time, her impact has been immediate and significant. As a dispatch operator, Robin is the critical link between our customers and our drivers. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks, all while maintaining a calm and collected demeanor, ensures that every dispatch is handled with precision and every customer feels informed and supported throughout the entire process.

With three wonderful children—a son and two daughters—and 11 beautiful grandchildren, Robin’s life is full of love, laughter, and family gatherings. Her ability to manage a large family has undoubtedly sharpened her multitasking skills, which she brings to her role every day.
Originally from Ringgold, Georgia, Robin has called Lehigh, Florida, home for the past 15 years. The transition from a small town in Georgia to the vibrant community of Cape Coral has been a rewarding journey for her, and she has seamlessly integrated herself into the local culture. Her strong family values and southern charm have made her a beloved member of both her family and our team.
